There was nothing worse than arriving at the office to find the phones were down. I would call our phone supplier who would tell me to call our line provider. I would then be passed from one department to the next repeating myself time and again. Meanwhile we are not selling tickets which would cost the club a lot of money. All that has now changed with Overline. I just make one call and they look after the rest.
When we at Strada required a new phone system we were recommended the Panasonic system. To ensure the best service, we wanted to work with an established Accredited Panasonic Dealer. We chose Overline because of their experience with Panasonic. Today, we know that decision together with DECT has taken our communication technology into a very controllable environment coupled with a modular platform, the solution is always upgradeable without the costly overhead normally associated with expansion plans.
We are now on day two of the installation of our new phone system and wanted to pass on my thanks for all your help over the last few weeks as you have made this upgrade so easy. Your three engineers are a credit to your Company, they are punctual, polite and nothing phases them. Brilliant! Well done and thank you everyone!
