Field Sales Executive

Competitive base salary, up to £25k, negotiable DOE

Realistic Year One OTE £35-£40k is easily achievable

No previous sales experience necessary as full training will be given

Our continued success and growth means that we have a requirement for a talented and tenacious Sales Executive to join our highly successful team focusing on generating new business by promoting and driving our full range of bespoke business telecommunication solutions.

About you:

The ideal Field Sales Executive will be hardworking, outgoing, dynamic, and ambitious with a drive to succeed. Previous experience within a sales environment would be preferred however is not essential as full training is provided as well as support from an experienced and successful team.

Following training your duties will include:

Attending and closing company generated leads and creating a profitable pipeline

Managing your own diary and developing new business

Sourcing and developing your customer base (Two days per week)

Meeting decision makers, pitching our services and closing deals at Director level (Three days a week)

In return as a Field Sales Executive, you will be provided with:

1 week comprehensive Sales and Product training course

On-going support from a dedicated Sales Manager and Product Specialist Team

IT Graduate Engineer

Competitive base salary – Up to £24k dependent on experience

Our continued success and growth means that we have a requirement for an IT Graduate Engineer to join our support team.

About you:

  • The ideal candidate will have knowledge of telephony and the technology market.
  • Excellent IT skills including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of networks, WAN, LAN, switching, routing security and SIP trunks
  • A flexible and positive approach toward problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Keen to learn new technologies.

You will have a degree or equivalent in Information Technology preferably with a focus on Networks.

The role:

  • Installing, supporting and maintaining of Hosted & Avaya IP Office, hosted telephony, LAN/WAN equipment.
  • Voice cabling and installing Cat5 cabling.
  • Provide support on connectivity including PSTN, ISDN, SIP, ADSL, FTTC and Leased Lines
  • Installation/configuration and fault finding of SIP services and configuration on Draytek router
  • Plan and deploy ongoing hardware/software maintenance upgrades to keep systems current.
  • Implement and maintain unified communications technologies that support the day to day and strategic needs of the business.
  • Follow standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations and identifying problems.

 

There will be travel involved so a full manual UK driving licence is required.

About you:

The ideal Marketing Assistant will have outstanding communication skills both verbal and written with excellent attention to detail.
