Telephone System Field Sales Representatives and Mobile Field Sales Representatives
£20,000 – £25,000 basic + commission + company car
OVERVIEW
Overline is a B2B telecoms equipment and service provider with a customer base of over 5000 business customers. We are looking for experienced field sales professionals to join our team.
You must be a self generator and have proven sales record within a B2B product sales role such as telephone systems, copiers, printers etc.
In return we offer a £20,000 - £25,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £45 – £70k.
THE ROLE
Based in our Lancing & Worthing offices. In this key, new business to business field sales position, you will identify new business opportunities and convert those opportunities into sales. You will be presenting Overline’s product and service portfolio to business directors and decision maker. There is some marketing support in terms of qualified appointments but you will primarily have to generate your own leads.
YOU
You will be confident and enthusiastic with a very good telephone manner. You will also be willing to work hard and have a competitive edge. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Trainee Telephone System Field Sales Representatives and Trainee Mobile Field Sales Representatives
£17,000 basic + commission + company car
OVERVIEW
Overline is a B2B telecoms equipment and service provider with a customer base of over 5000 business customers. We are looking for Trainee field sales professionals to join our team.
Previous experience is not neccessary, we are after someone with an out going and charismatic personality who is both presentable and confident. We provide expert in house training, and you will be working alongside our business partners.
In return we offer a £17,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £28 - £35k.
THE ROLE

Outbound Telesales
Between £14,000 & £16,000 + commission + bonuses
Based in Worthing offices
Between £14k & £16k per annum + commission + bonuses
You will be responsible for booking appointments for Field Sales Executives to see key decision makers in local businesses.
No experience is required, as full training will be provided. A good telephone manner and outgoing personality will be a benefit.
