OVERVIEW

Overline is a B2B telecoms equipment and service provider with a customer base of over 3000 business customers. We are looking for experienced field sales professionals to join our team.

You must be a self generator and have proven sales record within a B2B product sales role such as telephone systems, copiers, printers etc.

In return we offer a £20,000 basic salary with uncapped commission and a realistic OTE of £35k.

THE ROLE

In this key, new business to business field sales position, you will identify new business opportunities and convert those opportunities into sales. You will be presenting Overline’s product and service portfolio to business directors and decision maker. There is some marketing support in terms of qualified appointments but you will primarily have to generate your own leads.

YOU

You will be confident and enthusiastic with a very good telephone manner. You will also be willing to work hard and have a competitive edge. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Outbound Telesales

Based in Lancing offices

£7.00 per hour + commission + bonuses
You will be responsible for booking appointments for Field Sales Executives to see key decision makers in local businesses.

No experience is required, as full training will be provided. A good telephone manner and outgoing personality will be a benefit. Please call us or complete the form below for more information.

Telesales Supervisor

Based out of our Lancing offices

£17,000 + commission

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in the future of the country’s fastest growing B2B telecoms companies. You’ll generate appointments with key stakeholders of local business by effectively leading a team of telesales executives.

Your duties will include:

  • Achieving targets by effectively managing a telesales team
  • Taking personal responsibility for the quality of the team’s sales process
  • Conducting regular team meetings, buzz sessions, skill shares
  • Conducting performance reviews

To be considered for this position, you must have proven sales experience, including managing clients, and a track record of managing and leading a team.
