Customer Support Consultant - £15,000 - £16,000 pa

Overline is a B2B telecoms equipment and service provider specialising in Panasonic and Avaya systems for the SME market, with a customer base of over 3000 business customers.

Responsibilities of the roll include;
Fault diagnostic/technical assistance for; lines, calls, PBX, CCTV & Broadband, provision of a range of network orders, taking of inbound customer service queries, identify up-sell opportunities to the customer base, database entry and scheduling engineer visits.

Competencies;
We are looking for someone who comes from a strong Customer Services background and ideally has worked within the telecommunications / provisioning arena and worked alongside Openreach.
You must have excellent communication skills and be used to managing many things at once. You should also be very good at building and maintaining relationships with your clients.
You will be experienced at investigating problems, our dedicated team provide appropriate solutions to the customer and their business, whilst identifying potential opportunities to engage the customer further with the brand.
