Each month all our customers receive a PDF bill which can then be filed electronically. In addition to this we have made it possible for all our customers to log in and view all their bills for the last 12 months online. There is no need to register for this service as we provide it free of charge and as standard to all customers.

For home workers this service easily allows access for your employees to make calls directly via the Overline network by simply prefixing their calls with 1656. These calls are then billed directly to your itemised company bill. This service is free of charge to Overline customers.
Non-Geographic
Non-geographic numbers
At Overline we are not tied to one supplier for the supply on 0800 (freephone), 0845 (call local), 0870/1 (call national) and Premium rate numbers this means we are able to source the best numbers for you the customer.
More and more customers are requiring functionality behind their number, working with our partners we are able to offer you the customer the correct solution for your needs whether it is straight forward termination, call centre functionality or call recording.
0800 - known as freephone numbers, the caller pays nothing for the call, the owner of the number pays for the call.
0845 - No set up fee. Your national customers can contact you on an 0845 number for the cost of a local call.
0870/0871- These are National Rate calls.
Premium Rate Services - we are able to offer all ranges of numbers ranging from 25ppm up to £1.50 per minute. We will if necessary provide you with all the necessary paper work to resolve any ICTSIS issues. Revenue share rates available on request.

Important changes to 0870
Ofcom have recently announced measures to improve price transparency and strengthen consumer protection for calls to 0870 numbers.
As of February 2008, 0870 numbers will no longer be able to offer a revenue share back to the owner of the 0870. Customers who call the 0870 number will be charged at the standard national rate of 01 and 02 numbers.
In addition to this owners of 0870 numbers will be charged 3p per min for incoming calls to that number, much like a 0800 number. There are no plans to introduce a new revenue share number although a new nationwide 03 number is planned as a replacement for 0870 but it will be charged at standard 01, 02 rates and will not provide any kick back to owners.
