Care Levels
Care Level/s on Line/s (Service level Agreements)
Standard Care
You will receive a response to your fault by 5pm on the next working day. Standard care gives cover Monday-Friday 9 am – 5.30 pm, excluding all public holidays. This service is provided Free of charge.
Prompt Care
You will receive a response to your fault within 4 working hours. Prompt care gives cover Monday – Saturday 9 am – 5.30 pm, excluding all public holidays. Charges start from £2.50 per line.
Total Care
You will receive a response to your fault within 4 working hours. Total care gives cover Monday – Sunday 24 hours a day 7 days’s a week, including public holidays. Charges start from £5 per line.
