Panasonic

Red alarm light lit on the phone system.

This light can be triggered by a number of different factors and generally there is nothing to worry about. Log a fault using our online fault logger and an engineer will be able to clear the light for you.

Message light lit on phone but no voicemail.

The most likely reason for this is that a call back has been set on your phone. To clear the light you can press the message button, which will call the extension that requested the call back, and as soon as that extension is answered the light will clear.

FWD light is flashing.

This is because you have a forward set up on your phone. This maybe a permanent forward to voicemail or one you have set for a trip out of the office or similar short term forward. If it is a permanent forward then we will happily switch the light off for you if you complete a online fault log. If you want to cancel the forward please dial *7100 on a TDA system, Off hook 710# on analogue systems.
