If the fault is reported BEFORE 1pm then the fault can be fixed same day. If the fault is reported AFTER 1pm the fault can be fixed by 1pm the next day. This service costs £5.00 per line/channel per month.
Monday to Sunday (Including Bank Holidays) 24/7 – 365 days a year – 6 Hour Repair (from the time that BT Openreach has confirmed acceptance of the fault)
Can be fixed within 6 hours any time of day, any day of the year. This service costs £10.00 per line/channel per month*
