What is Audio Conferencing?

Audio Conferencing is a dial in at any time conference service that does not require a conference phone, or even the need to reserve or create a meeting room on an existing conference solution. It is always available and uses permanently allocated PIN’s for easy and repeated access.

By using the Audio Conferencing service, customers can instantly reduce costs associated with equipment, such as conference phones and any ongoing maintenance. The Overline service allows for up to 500 lines to be connected to a conference at any time, so can easily accommodate even the largest of audio conferences.

The Audio Conferencing service is supplied with either an; 0844, 0808 or 03 non geographic number, as well as two permanently allocated PIN’s, one for the host, and one for any participants.

Because the Audio Conference is always available, it gives your company the flexibility to host and organise a conference at a time that is convenient to you, without any fuss. Not only this, but you can dial in from anywhere!

Delivery

The Audio Conferencing service is delivered using either an 0844, 0808 or 03 non-geographic telephone number, which when dialled will ask for your PIN. Once entered, you are in the conference and can begin whenever you are ready. The service allows for privacy and can be setup, by the host, to stop any further participants joining at any time.

Pricing

Overline Audio Conferencing is priced by the second, per participant connected to the conference, at the below rate (pence per minute)

Set up fees for Non-Geographic numbers; Standard FOC, Bronze £25, Silver £50 Gold £300.
