Mobile twinning is a feature available to Avaya, Panasonic and Horizon customers that allows users to use their mobile phone as if it were their desk phone.
Internal, external and hunt group calls will simultaneously ring both the user’s desk phone and mobile phone so that wherever they are, they never need to miss a call.
When a call is taken on the mobile phone, users are able to use features normally only found on a desk phone such as transferring calls to another user, placing a call on hold, conference others including external numbers into the conversation and even record the call. This feature is ideal if you are often out of the office and need to ensure the details of your call are correct such as financial advice, legal advice, sales calls, order taking and much much more.
