At Overline we are currently looking for a confident, dynamic, enthusiastic, ambitious and quick thinker with a high drive to succeed in a fast paced growing Telecoms and IT Company.
⦁ Calling new prospects and developing new opportunities, engaging them in conversation to set up meetings with decision makers for Field Sales Executives
⦁ Ability to work from scripts, answering questions about our product portfolio and company
⦁ Ability to ask potential clients questions to understand requirements and needs
⦁ Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM and provide accurate information to customers and colleagues
⦁ Ability to present business communication solutions (products/services) verbally over the phone and deal with complaints and doubts effectively and professionally
⦁ Ongoing growth of customer portfolio
⦁ Listening to customer requirements, creating detailed proposal documents and presenting appropriately to close ‘the sale’
⦁ Meeting/ exceeding personal sales targets and driving both business growth and reputation
⦁ Develop new business opportunities
⦁ Reporting directly to the Telesales Manager and Head of Account Management
⦁ Full product training; the Company will support you to learn and develop your knowledge of our Telecoms products, and give you the confidence to provide customers with account management service and consultative sales processes.
⦁ Prior experience in B2B sales or account management would be advantageous, however if you have the ambition and drive to succeed then you would be a good fit for this role.

Salary range: ⦁ Dependant on experience
Hours: ⦁ Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:30, 1-hour unpaid lunch
Wellness: ⦁ Healthshield Cover
Holiday: ⦁ 25 Days holiday + 8 bank holiday days + 3-4 days to cover closure between Christmas/New Year.
Loyalty Days: ⦁ 1 day after first full year, 2 days after 2nd full year, 2 days after 5th full year
