Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively assess the needs of the client and resolve issues efficiently and accurately achieving first contact resolution where possible
  • Ability to research solutions to faults/issues, implement and test with the client
    Providing support and fault resolution for B2B PSTN, ISDN, SIP, Mobiles, Horizon, Cloud, ADSL, FTTC and Leased Lines, utilising all supplier customer service plans
  • Responsible for managing own workload and effectively communicating with team members to ensure that tickets can be progressed quickly and accurately
  • Configuration and support for Draytek & Cisco routers,
  • Providing Telephone/Remote and on-site support for client devices and related software, network servers, and storage
  • Providing Support for Windows 7/8/10, Server 2008//2012/2016, SBS 2008 and SBS 2011, Mac OS, Android and IOS
  • Providing support for clients Network Infrastructure, Cisco Managed Switches, Wireless Access Points, VOIP Telephony Systems, Servers, and Network Attached Storage
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues with Remote Desktop Servers, Folder Redirection and Remote Applications
  • Completing new Windows desktop and laptop builds and configuration to requirements, Configuration and testing of Routers, Wireless Access Points, Switches and VOIP Telephones prior to onsite installation
  • Creating, amending, and administering Active Directory/MS Exchange and Office 365 accounts for clients
  • Pre & Post-Sales Support, including advise & guidance
    Pre-Staging Equipment
    Updating self-help documents for internal and external resource
  • Utilising our CRM system ‘Autotask’ to ensure all client/supplier interaction is logged and tracked, ensuring notes are clear, detailed, and accurate
  • High level of customer service with exceptional telephone manner  
  • Other duties as determined by Management Team and business needs
  • Ensure the department and company policies and SLA’s are being followed
  • Assist with Special Projects

Skills and experience required

  • Telephony experience (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)
  • I.T qualification will be beneficial to your application
  • Minimum of one years I.T experience is essential
  • IT skills including experience with
  • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Autotask (desirable)
  • To be strong & assertive
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work to tight deadlines
  • A flexible and positive approach toward problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate clearly at all levels.

The Benefits

Hours/Shifts

Week 1 Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day.

Week 2 Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch break per day.

40 Hours per week

£24,000 – £28,000 Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities for this Role

  • Planning and calling new prospects and developing new opportunities
  • Scheduling and attending meetings with decision-makers
  • Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries, ensuring customers receive quotes and orders are processed
  • Maintaining clear customer records on company CRM (Autotask) as well as providing accurate information to customers and colleagues
  • Listening to customer requirements, creating detailed proposal documents, and presenting appropriately to make ‘the sale’
  • Meeting or exceeding personal sales targets and driving both business growth and reputation
  • Working closely with various departments within the company to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and installations
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director/Manager
  • Full product training, the Company will support you to learn and develop your knowledge of our Telecoms products and give you the confidence to provide customers with account management service and consultative sales processes
  • Deliver presentations online and face-to-face

Experience

  • Prior experience in B2B sales or account management would be advantageous, however if you have the ambition and drive to succeed then you would be a good fit for this role

The Benefits

Salary Range: £23,000 – £25,000 per annum Basic + Commission

Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
